The minimum deposit on 889ph is ₱100 for most e-wallet methods like GCash and Maya. For bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet, the minimum may be slightly higher depending on your bank's limits. There's no maximum deposit limit on the 889ph side, though your payment provider may impose their own daily caps.

Most withdrawals via GCash or Maya are processed within 5 to 15 minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay) typically clear within the same business day. Withdrawals submitted after 9PM may be processed the following morning. We process 7 days a week including weekends and holidays.

The minimum withdrawal on 889ph is ₱200. This applies across all payment channels. There is no processing fee charged by 889ph on withdrawals — what you request is what you receive. Note that your e-wallet or bank provider may have their own receiving fees, which are outside our control.

A pending withdrawal usually means one of the following: your account verification (KYC) is still incomplete, there's an active bonus with wagering requirements that haven't been met yet, or our risk team is conducting a routine check. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, reach out to our support team via live chat and we'll sort it out quickly.

New 889ph players receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The exact amount and structure may vary — check the Promotions page for the current offer. Welcome bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning you'll need to play through the bonus a set number of times before withdrawing. All terms are clearly posted on the promotions page.

A wagering requirement (or playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by the stated number before the bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place total bets of ₱5,000 using that bonus before you can withdraw. Different games may contribute to the wagering at different rates — slots usually count 100%, while table games may count less.
