889ph Terms and Conditions – Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 889ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the 889ph website and all associated services, games, promotions, and features accessible at 889ph.app and its subdomains.

5.2 Rollover Requirements

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 889ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from known glitches are void
• Collusion with other players in card games or any other competitive format
• Money laundering or using 889ph to process funds of unknown or illegal origin
• Fraudulent chargebacks on deposited funds
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other one-time promotional offers
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal
• Allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 889ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining after the deduction of any outstanding bonus rollover obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.2 Termination by 889ph

889ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, 889ph may freeze account funds pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the account balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

In all other cases of account closure initiated by 889ph without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player within 5 business days.

12. Changes to These Terms
